The DV Systems ASD 10 to 500
series refrigerated non cycling dryers
are a proven compressed air treatment
solution. Microprocessor controls are
standard on all models to assure an
operator that the system is
working well. The variable speed
condenser fan provides for a stable
refrigerant temperature to ensure
consistent low dew point and eliminate
freezing. An energy saving mode turns
the dryer off during low demand periods
increasing life expectancy of the dryer
and lowering operating costs. The
powder coated steel cabinet has
removable access panels making routine
maintenance quick and easy. A high
efficiency moisture separator and
electronic adjustable timed drain
ensures condensed moisture is removed
from the air stream.
