Parker Airtek model TWB desiccant blower
purge dryers deliver -40 to -100ºF
(optional) dewpoints to ensure no
damaging moisture is delivered to
critical compressed air applications in
the plant. The dryers are quoted
with pre and after filters mounted
(Package E). Parker Airtek TWB
dryers use non-lubricated full-flow
angle seat valves to perform
regeneration (tower switching) on dryer
models up to 800cfm and rotary actuated
switching valves on dryers 1000cfm and
larger. All valves carry a
standard 5 year warranty. The
dryers are quoted with standard dryer
switching, heater and blower
actuation controls. Parker
Airtek provides a heatless backup mode
of control standard to quickly
de-saturate the desiccant beds.
Energy saving PowerLoc dewpoint tower
switching (compared to time based
switching) is optional. Insulated
tower, heater and purge lines increase
dryer performance and efficiency by
reducing radiant heat loss and makes the
unit safer by reducing exterior vessel
temperatures to nearly ambient
levels. This model requires 120
volt 1 phase electrics to power the
heater and the 3/4 hp blower.
